Kekst CNC ranked as top PR advisor for work around M&A and shareholder activism in Japan in 2021 First Half

According to Mergermarket, Kekst CNC is ranked by a wide margin as the No. 1 PR advisor by deal count for Japan (up from a No. 2 position in 2020) for January to June 2021. For Asia-Pacific overall, Kekst CNC was ranked a close No. 2 reflecting a strong and growing recognition of our firm as the PR transaction expert in this region.

According to Bloomberg, Kekst CNC is also ranked as a top PR advisor to companies engaged with shareholder activists in Asia-Pacific, which mainly means Japan. In the first half of 2021, Kekst CNC was ranked as the No. 2 PR advisor by number of engagements (up from a No. 4 position in 2020) and even No. 1 by the involved stake.
