Paris / Munich / New York, 22 September 2021 – Anna Diamantopoulou will join international communications consultancy Kekst CNC’s Global Advisory Board on October 1, 2021. Ms. Diamantopoulou has led a long and distinguished career in public service in Greece and in Europe and has extensive experience in the private sector. Ms. Diamantopoulou served as the European Commissioner for Employment, Social Affairs and Equal Opportunities (1999-2004), and has held several positions as a Cabinet Minister in the Greek government. She is currently President of DIKTIO – Network for Reform in Greece and Europe, a leading independent, Athens based think tank, which she founded in 2013. She also serves as a Non-Executive Director at Coca-Cola HBC AG, a FTSE 100 company and is actively involved on boards of several think tanks and non-profit organizations. As a member of the Global Advisory Board, she will be available to the entire Kekst CNC team and will apply her expertise as a Senior Advisor in European public affairs to provide strategic advice to clients on political, reputational and economic matters.
The Global Advisory Board of Kekst CNC, a subsidiary of Publicis Groupe S.A., is chaired by Maurice Lévy. Lévy is Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Publicis Groupe, which he built up over decades into one of the world's leading communications companies. Other members of the board include former Swedish Prime Minister Göran Persson, Chairman of the Munich Security Conference, Ambassador Wolfgang Ischinger, Nuala O'Connor, Senior Vice President and Chief Council of Digital Citizenship at Walmart and former President of the Center for Democracy and Technology, Matthew Westerman, formerly in senior positions at investment banks Goldman Sachs, HSBC and Rothschild, and Günther H. Oettinger, former European Commissioner.
