Ben has more than 20 years’ experience in corporate affairs, financial communications, crisis communications and reputation management.

He has worked across multiple sectors, advising senior and board-level executives on reputational risk at blue chip companies in the Middle East, U.K. and Asia.

Ben has over 20 years’ experience in corporate affairs, financial communications, crisis communications and reputation management. He has worked across multiple sectors, advising senior and board-level executives on reputational risk at blue chip companies in the Middle East, U.K. and Asia. He also has great experience of leading multinational, multidisciplinary programmes for clients and has a particular focus on crisis management.

As a former broadcast journalist who started his communications career in-house, Ben has subsequently spent most of his career in consultancy: firstly as a Partner at Penrose Financial, then as Group Managing Director at H+K Strategies and prior to Kekst CNC as Managing Partner at Instinctif Partners responsible for the Corporate and Financial Services teams, advising clients on both corporate affairs and capital markets.

Ben has a BA (Hons) in English Language and Literature from the University of Newcastle-upon-Tyne and a Diploma in Broadcast Journalism from John Moores University in Liverpool. He is a regular speaker on crisis and reputation management issues, and a member of MEPRA’s Strategy Board.
