Theo leads Kekst CNC’s Brussels office, advising clients on EU competition/antitrust policy and regulatory aspects of cartel investigations, M&As, and State aid. He guides corporates on strategically navigating regulatory developments, stakeholder engagement, geopolitics, and crisis management. An EU-qualified lawyer, he holds an LL.M in European Business Law (Vrije University Brussel) and an Executive Diploma from IMD Business School.
Prior to joining Kekst CNC, Theo worked for another international consultancy on strategic communications. Before transitioning to a public affairs adviser, they worked at the Directorate-General for Competition of the European Commission, in private practice, and at the Administrative Court of Appeal in Greece.
