Tania has three years’ experience in corporate affairs, sustainability and DEI communications as well as crisis and reputation management. She began her strategic communications career at Teneo in London, where she advised on public affairs, corporate strategy and reputational and political risk, and provided strategic advisory for FTSE100 clients on issues across sustainability, EDI and crisis management.
Tania started her career at the Foreign Office where she worked on Brexit policy issues and conducted media campaigns to strengthen relations between the UK and Slovenia. Tania went on to receive a MA in Global Thought at Columbia University before returning to the Foreign Office to join the Diplomatic Fast Stream. Tania worked as a human rights policy officer, delivering briefing, training and consultation services across Whitehall. She ended her time at the Foreign Office supporting the British evacuation effort during the Afghanistan crisis.
Tania has a BA in International History from the London School of Economics. She founded the LSESU British People of Colour Society, and is passionate about diversity and inclusion.
