He joined Oxera as a Senior Advisor in 2018, and through this ongoing placement he provides strategic insights in competition, regulation, and finance. In addition to his professional roles, Sir Philip has been actively involved in academia and thought leadership. Markedly, Sir Philip also chairs the EU Competition Law and Policy workshop and he is also a Distinguished Fellow of the Centre for Energy Reform.
