Michelle joined Kekst CNC from MSLGROUP, where she was the Human Resources Manager for the New York office. Michelle was responsible for driving new hire on-boarding and orientations, employee recognition and engagement activities, performance management, merit and promotion cycles, HRIS accuracy, freelancer on-boarding and logistics, exit interviews, and many other HR initiatives.
Prior to MSLGROUP, Michelle was the Human Resources Generalist at the Halo Group. There, she oversaw the HR Department and worked directly with the CEO and CFO to drive company growth and encourage a positive agency culture. Prior to The Halo Group, she was a Human Resources Coordinator at mOcean, an advertising agency in Los Angeles.
Michelle holds a BA in History from Fairfield University in Connecticut. She enjoys cooking and has a passion for travel.
