Matt advises clients across a wide range of sectors on EU public affairs.

Matt specialises in competition policy, having advised clients operating in the technology, healthcare, and transport sectors on M&A public affairs, antitrust, and regulation.

Matt is a Consultant at Kekst CNC in Brussels, having joined the team in 2022.

Prior to joining Kekst CNC, Matt worked in a Brussels-based public affairs agency advising clients operating in a variety of sectors on EU competition policy.

He has experience advising clients on strategies related to in-depth merger reviews, antitrust investigations, and regulation. His recent work has focused predominantly on clients in the technology sector, having advised several large EU and US companies on their public affairs strategy on the EU’s Digital Markets Act.

Matt holds an LL.M (Summa Cum Laude) in Competition Law and Economics from the Brussels School of Competition, where he is also a Board Member of the school’s alumni association – Friends of the BSC. He also holds an LL.M. (Cum Laude) in European Law from Maastricht University and an LL.B. in Law from the University of Birmingham.
