Katherine joined Kekst CNC from a boutique London-based investor relations consultancy, where she advised on a range of capital markets mandates, including M&A, IPOs, and shareholder activism, alongside supporting clients' financial calendar communications and broader reputation management.
Katherine has a BA Hons in Modern Languages from the University of Durham. She has experience in the Middle East, studying classical Arabic in Beirut, and completed an internship in the Norton Rose Fulbright’s aviation financing team in Paris.
