Before joining Kekst CNC, Joe spent several years with the World Energy Council. During this time, he worked with the Member Networks and Communications Team, taking the lead on social media and strategic communications campaigns. In his role, he engaged with numerous government ministries, as well as private and state corporations in the energy sector.
Joe holds an MA in International Relations from Queen Mary, University of London, and has experience working with NGOs and charities.
In addition to English, he is fluent in both Portuguese and Spanish.
