As the complexities of DE&I continue to grow, we recognise the need to be better informed and educated on the intricacies of this multi-faceted topic. Building on the existing experience within the Kekst CNC team, we are bringing together relevant expertise from the external world, specifically, global DE&I subject matter experts, academics and thought leaders, in the form of the Kekst CNC Global DE&I Advisory Network.
 
To mark the launch of this network, we will be holding a series of live webinars over the coming months featuring Q&As with our network members. The focus of this event series will be: “Understanding the barriers we don’t face: How intersectionality impacts the corporate workplace”. Each event will explore this topic from a different angle.

In this inaugural event our own Mariko Shaw sat down with Raafi Alidina, Consultant and author of Building An Inclusive Organization to explore what intersectionality means in a workplace setting, and how this can play out in different cultures.
